Wet to Dry Dirt Substance

This is a Substance Designer made SBSAR material available for use in a number of programs like Substance Painter, Unreal, Marmoset Toolbag and Unity.

With one slider you can adjust the wet to dry levels, plus this material has many other options including the colors, rock and debris amounts, water spots, and more.

License Info

Commercial use of the materials and textures is permitted but nothing can be included in a asset pack or sold at any sort of asset/resource marketplace and must be embedded components in media such as a video game, movies, or similar products.

Single User License - This license is for one person only you can use it on multiple computers but only one person should have access to it.
